All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends & holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Domestic Orders (India): Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Delivery times are subject to change due to unforeseen factors like weather, customs delays, or courier disruptions.

Standard shipping charges apply for COD and lower-value orders, displayed at checkout.
International shipping rates vary based on weight and destination and will be calculated at checkout.
COD is available for selected pin codes in India.

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items:

Attach clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Once approved, we will arrange a free return pickup or request you to ship the product back.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will process a replacement or refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).
COD orders will be refunded via Bank Transfer or Store Credit.
Refunds may take 7-14 working days to reflect in your account.
If you received the wrong product or wish to exchange for another variant, contact us within 7 days.
